My Mission and Philosophy
I believe that we are all our own healers, and that the pathway to wellness lies within your own body’s innate ability to find balance and peace.
My mission as a bodywork therapist is to be a gentle guide and witness to your process of opening and allowing healing to happen through the power of therapeutic touch. During your time with me, I will work personally with you to determine the best tools and practices to use to help you achieve your massage and bodywork goals, be they addressing specific issues or just looking to relax. Each and every session is completely tailored to your individual needs. Using seasoned and skilled techniques, I will assist you in the process of releasing pain, increasing flow and flexibility, encouraging relaxation, opening the connection between the mind/body/spirit and achieving balance. If you are new to massage therapy, consultations are complimentary! I’m here to answer any questions you may have and help you to decide if massage therapy is right for you.
